How to Make a Doll Fidget Spinner

Hey guys, today I am going to show you how I made these awesome american girl doll fidget spinners (That actually spin)!!! ☺

You will need 4 small nuts, some sort of strong glue (I used welders glue, but if you don't have that hot glue or some other strong glue should work), the tube from the inside of a pen (you could also replace this with a small screw or toothpick) Hot glue (optional), and tin foil and scissors (not pictured)

First you will want to glue your four nuts together to make this shape (This will be the main body of your fidget spinner)

Then while the glue dries you can cut a small piece of the tube from your pen (or a piece of toothpick) for your axle. Make sure you cut the tube where there is NO ink, if you cut into the ink it will get EVERYWHERE...

You can also glue a couple layers of tin foil together and cut a couple of small circles out (for the ends of your axle)

Glue one tin foil circle to the end of your axle (the piece of ink tube)

Place your axle inside your spinner and mark it so there is just a little bit of excess (enough so that it will spin, I marked mine at a little more than a 16th of an inch)

You can now cut it and glue the other circle of tin foil on.

After the glue dries you can put little dots of hot glue on either side of your axle so it is easier for us humans to hold and spin. 😊

Finally you just need to line the outside with hot glue, this helps it spin better and looks more realistic. NOTE:  Be careful hot glue is hot, if you are young you may want to ask a parent for help!!!

AND YOU'RE DONE!!!!
I used a small screw for the blue spinners axle and I painted it with nail polish.
